Idaho Code § 39-3903 — Sterilization Of Persons Subject To This Chapter.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 39 STERILIZATION 39-3903. Sterilization of persons subject to this chapter. Persons subject to this chapter have the legal right to be sterilized following the entry of an order providing for sterilization and the expiration of the time allowed by law for perfecting an appeal. In no event shall persons subject to this chapter be sterilized without court approval in accordance with this chapter unless sterilization occurs as part of emergency medical treatment.
