Idaho Code § 39-3628 — Water Pollution Control Fund Established.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 36 WATER QUALITY 39-3628. Water pollution control fund established. There is hereby created and established in the state treasury a separate fund to be known as the water pollution control fund. The fund shall have paid into it: 1.  The moneys provided for in section 63-3638 , Idaho Code, that are paid over to the state treasurer shall be deposited to the credit of the water pollution control fund, and not to the credit of the state general fund; 2.  All donations and grants from any source which may be used for the provisions of this act; 3.  Any other funds which may hereafter be provided by law.
