Idaho Code § 39-3621 — Monitoring Provisions.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 36 WATER QUALITY 39-3621. Monitoring provisions. The designated agencies, in cooperation with the appropriate land management agency and the department shall ensure best management practices are monitored for their effect on water quality. The monitoring results shall be presented to the department on a schedule agreed to between the designated agency and the department.
