Idaho Code § 39-3619 — Continuation Provisions For Existing Activities On Outstanding Resource Waters.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 36 WATER QUALITY 39-3619. Continuation provisions for existing activities on outstanding resource waters. Existing activities may continue and shall be conducted in a manner that maintains and protects the current water quality of an outstanding resource water. The provisions of this section shall not affect short-term or temporary activities that do not alter the essential character or special uses of a segment, allocation of water rights, or operations of water diversions or impoundments, provided that such activities shall be conducted in conformance with applicable laws and regulations.
