Idaho Code § 39-3528 — Operating Without Certification — Misdemeanor.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 35 IDAHO CERTIFIED FAMILY HOMES 39-3528. Operating without certification — Misdemeanor. (1) Any individual to whom the provisions of this chapter apply as described in section 39-3512 , Idaho Code, who is paid for providing care to a vulnerable adult living in his home within the state without first obtaining certification as provided in this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (2)  Authority to prosecute violations of this section is granted to the attorney general and the county attorney in the county where the person who is alleged to be operating without certification lives.
