Idaho Code § 39-3345 — Denial Or Revocation Of A License.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 33 IDAHO RESIDENTIAL CARE OR ASSISTED LIVING ACT 39-3345. Denial or revocation of a license. The licensing agency may deny the issuance of a license or revoke any license when persuaded by a preponderance of evidence that such conditions exist as to endanger the health or safety of residents, or when the facility is not in substantial compliance with the provisions of this chapter or the rules promulgated pursuant to this chapter.
