Idaho Code § 39-3316A — Notice Of Residents’ Rights.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 33 IDAHO RESIDENTIAL CARE OR ASSISTED LIVING ACT 39-3316A. notice of residents’ rights. Each facility shall: (1)  Inform each resident, orally and in writing, at the time of admission to the facility of the resident’s legal rights during the stay at the facility; (2)  Make available to each resident, upon reasonable request, a written statement of such rights, and notify a resident when such rights change; (3)  Ensure the written statement of legal rights includes a description of the protection of personal funds and a statement that a resident may file a complaint with the department regarding resident abuse, neglect, and misappropriation of resident property in the facility at any time; and (4)  Conspicuously post the residents’ rights in the facility at all times.
