Idaho Code § 39-3138 — Existing State-County Contracts For Services.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 31 REGIONAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES 39-3138. Existing state-county contracts for services. No section of this chapter shall invalidate, or prohibit the continuance of, existing state-county contracts for the delivery of behavioral health services within the participating counties.
