Idaho Code § 39-3127 — Coordination Of Services Between Regions And State.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 31 REGIONAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES 39-3127. COORDINATION OF SERVICES BETWEEN REGIONS AND STATE. The director of the department of health and welfare shall coordinate services between the regional behavioral health centers, regional behavioral health boards and the state psychiatric hospitals.
