Idaho Code § 39-3021 — Representative On Western Interstate Nuclear Board.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 30 RADIATION AND NUCLEAR MATERIAL 39-3021. Representative on western interstate nuclear board. The member of the western interstate nuclear board representing the state of Idaho shall be appointed by the governor and serve at his pleasure.
