Idaho Code § 39-274 — Evidentiary Character Of Records And Copies Of Records.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 2 VITAL STATISTICS 39-274. Evidentiary character of records and copies of records. Any certificate filed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations prescribed by the board, or any copy of such records or part thereof, duly certified by the state registrar, shall be prima facie evidence of the facts recited therein.
