Idaho Code § 39-266 — Fee For Court Clerk.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 2 VITAL STATISTICS 39-266. Fee for court clerk. The clerk of the court shall be paid a fee for each certificate forwarded by the clerk to the state registrar in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and regulations of the board. Said fee to be collected as a part of the court costs and be assessed by the court according to law. Said fee to be established by regulations adopted by the board.
