Idaho Code § 39-2614 — Rules.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 26 FIREWORKS 39-2614. Rules. The department may adopt any rules necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter which are consistent with the provisions of this chapter and which are necessary to carry out its duties under the provisions of this chapter.
