Idaho Code § 39-1803 — Register.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 18 HOTELS AND FOOD VENDING ESTABLISHMENTS — REGULATIONS AND INSPECTION 39-1803. Register. Every hotel shall keep a record of the arrival and departure of its guests in such a manner that the record will be permanent for at least one (1) year from the date of departure.
