Idaho Code § 39-1456 — Facilities Governed By Laws Of Locality.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 14 HEALTH FACILITIES 39-1456. Facilities governed by laws of locality. All facilities shall be subject to the planning, zoning, sanitary and building laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to the locality in which any such facilities are to be situated.
