District Hospital Property — Lease Or Sale

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 13 HOSPITALS 39-1358. DISTRICT HOSPITAL property — LEASE OR SALE. A hospital district acting through its board of trustees shall have the right to convey or lease hospital district real property, facilities, and the personal property and equipment therein upon such terms and for such length of time as the board of trustees may decide. However, no such lease or sale, except those leases entered into between a hospital district and the Idaho health facilities authority as provided in section 39-1339 , Idaho Code, shall be final or valid unless and until it has been approved by a majority of the qualified electors of the district voting on such question at an election held subject to the provisions of title 34 , Idaho Code.
