Idaho Code § 39-1341 — Conduct Of Election For Proposed Indebtedness.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 13 HOSPITALS 39-1341. Conduct of election for proposed indebtedness. The county clerk shall conduct the election in a manner prescribed by law in title 34 , Idaho Code. The returns thereof shall be canvassed and the results thereof shall be declared by the board of county commissioners.
