Idaho Code § 39-1307 — Penalty For Operating A Facility Without License.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 13 HOSPITALS 39-1307. penalty for operating a facility without license. Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating a hospital, nursing facility, or intermediate care facility without a license pursuant to sections 39-1301 through 39-1309 , Idaho Code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A violation of this section is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300), or by both. Each day of continued violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
