Idaho Code § 39-1206 — Children’S Camps.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 12 CHILD CARE LICENSING REFORM ACT 39-1206. Children’s camps. A children’s camp which provides child care for any one (1) child for more than nine (9) consecutive weeks in any one (1) year period shall constitute a children’s treatment facility. A children’s camp which also constitutes a residential school shall be governed under the provisions of this chapter as a residential school. A children’s camp which provides child care for any one (1) child for less than nine (9) consecutive weeks in any one (1) year period shall be exempt from the licensure and disclosure provisions of this chapter.
