TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 1 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY — HEALTH 39-110. Registration of persons engaged in operations or construction where air pollution is a factor — Reports. The director may require the registration of persons engaged in operations which may result in air pollution, and of persons causing, permitting or allowing construction of any facility or new equipment capable of emitting air contaminants into the atmosphere, or designed to eliminate or reduce emissions into the atmosphere, and the filing of reports by them with the department relating to locations, size of outlet, height of outlet, rate and period of emission and composition of effluent, and such other information as the director shall prescribe relative to air pollution.
