Idaho Code § 38-606 — Forest Pest Account.

TITLE 38 FORESTRY, FOREST PRODUCTS AND STUMPAGE DISTRICTS CHAPTER 6 FOREST INSECTS, PESTS AND DISEASE 38-606. Forest pest account. There is hereby created in the dedicated fund of the state treasury a forest pest account into which shall be paid all moneys collected or received under any and all provisions of this chapter.
