TITLE 38 FORESTRY, FOREST PRODUCTS AND STUMPAGE DISTRICTS CHAPTER 15 IDAHO FOREST PRODUCTS COMMISSION 38-1514. State not liable for acts or omissions of the commission or of its employees. The state of Idaho is not liable for the acts or omissions of the commission or any member thereof or any officer, agent or employee thereof.
