Idaho Code § 38-131A — Deficiency Warrants For Costs Of Fire Suppression On State-Owned Range Lands.

TITLE 38 FORESTRY, FOREST PRODUCTS AND STUMPAGE DISTRICTS CHAPTER 1 IDAHO FORESTRY ACT 38-131A. Deficiency warrants for costs of fire suppression on state-owned range lands. The state board of land commissioners may authorize the issuance of deficiency warrants for the purpose of paying the costs of fire suppression on state-owned range lands whether or not said lands are adjacent to or intermingled with forest lands. When so authorized, the state controller shall draw deficiency warrants against the general fund.
