Idaho Code § 38-127 — Destruction Of Signs And Warnings — Penalties.

TITLE 38 FORESTRY, FOREST PRODUCTS AND STUMPAGE DISTRICTS CHAPTER 1 IDAHO FORESTRY ACT 38-127. Destruction of signs and warnings — Penalties. Any person who shall wilfully or maliciously destroy, deface, disfigure, or needlessly remove any sign, poster, warning or notice posted under the provisions of this chapter or by any forest protective agency cooperating with the state under this chapter, shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
