Idaho Code § 37-405 — Department May Make Rules And Orders.
TITLE 37 FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL CHAPTER 4 SANITARY INSPECTION OF DAIRY PRODUCTS 37-405. Department may make rules and orders. The department of agriculture is hereby invested with authority to make rules and orders as may be necessary or desirable for carrying out its various functions and the intent and purpose of this act.
