Idaho Code § 37-404 — Coloring When Unfit For Human Consumption.

TITLE 37 FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL CHAPTER 4 SANITARY INSPECTION OF DAIRY PRODUCTS 37-404. Coloring when unfit for human consumption. Whenever the director of the department of agriculture or his agent finds any milk, cream or other dairy products unacceptable for human consumption under the foregoing, he shall color the same with a harmless edible dye so that it may thereafter be identified as having been condemned for human consumption.
