Idaho Code § 37-3301 — Definitions.
TITLE 37 FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL CHAPTER 33 RETAIL SALES OF PSEUDOEPHEDRINE PRODUCTS 37-3301. Definitions. As used in this chapter: (1) "Pseudoephedrine product" means any compound, mixture or preparation containing any detectable quantity of pseudoephedrine, its salts or optical isomers, or salts of optical isomers. (2) "Retailer" means any person, other than a wholesaler, who sells or offers for sale or distributes at retail pseudoephedrine products, irrespective of the quantity or amount or the amount of sales of such pseudoephedrine products.
