Idaho Code § 37-301 — Statement Of Purpose.
TITLE 37 FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL CHAPTER 3 DAIRIES AND DAIRY PRODUCTS 37-301. Statement of Purpose. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the legislature of the state of Idaho that the public interest requires that all dairy products produced, distributed, offered for sale or sold in Idaho meet minimum standards of sanitary condition, quality, identity, classification and grade. To accomplish this purpose, the director of the department of agriculture shall inspect dairy products, dairy farms, production facilities and processing facilities, issue permits and enforce minimum standards in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
