Idaho Code § 37-1530 — Contracts With Federal Government.
TITLE 37 FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL CHAPTER 15 EGGS AND EGG PRODUCTS 37-1530. Contracts with federal government. The director of the department of agriculture may with the approval of the governor contract with any agency or subdivision of the federal government in relation to egg or egg product inspection, and may also receive on behalf of state egg or egg product inspection or for federal egg or egg product inspection, funds from any division or agency of the federal government.
