Idaho Code § 37-1527 — Director’S Discretionary Action.
TITLE 37 FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL CHAPTER 15 EGGS AND EGG PRODUCTS 37-1527. Director’s discretionary action. Nothing in this act shall be construed as requiring the director or his representative to report for prosecution or for the institution of seizure proceeding a minor violation of the act when he believes that the public interest will be best served by a suitable warning notice in writing. Before the director reports a violation for such prosecution, an opportunity shall be given the person in asserted violation to present his understanding of the facts to the director.
