Idaho Code § 36-704 — Propagation Of Publicly Owned Wildlife Prohibited.
TITLE 36 FISH AND GAME CHAPTER 7 CAPTIVE WILDLIFE 36-704. Propagation of publicly owned wildlife prohibited. No person shall capture or possess any wildlife, owned or held in trust by the state, for any purpose, except as otherwise provided in this title or by commission regulation promulgated pursuant hereto.
