Idaho Code § 36-417 — Voluntary Donation — Idaho Hunters Feeding The Hungry, Inc.

TITLE 36 FISH AND GAME CHAPTER 4 LICENSES TO HUNT, FISH AND TRAP 36-417. Voluntary donation — Idaho hunters feeding the hungry, inc. An applicant for a resident or nonresident license as provided for in section 36-416 , Idaho Code, may make a voluntary donation of one dollar ($1.00) or more to support the activities of Idaho hunters feeding the hungry, inc., an Idaho nonprofit corporation, in conjunction with his license application. The department shall include a checkoff form to allow an applicant to designate a donation and shall transfer all such funds, less administrative costs associated with the collection of donations, received to Idaho hunters feeding the hungry, inc. on or before July 1 of each year.
