TITLE 34 ELECTIONS CHAPTER 2 DUTIES OF OFFICERS 34-210. Preparation of ballots, papers, documents, records, and other materials and supplies required. Subject to any applicable election law, the county clerk may devise, prepare and use in his administration of the election laws the ballots, papers, documents, records and other materials and supplies required or permitted by the election laws or otherwise necessary in such administration by such county clerk.
