Idaho Code § 34-1709 — Officer To Continue In Office.
TITLE 34 ELECTIONS CHAPTER 17 RECALL ELECTIONS 34-1709. Officer to continue in office. The officer named in the recall petition shall continue to perform the duties of his office until the results of the special recall election are officially proclaimed.
