Idaho Code § 34-1104 — Judges May Administer Oaths — Challenge Of Voters.
TITLE 34 ELECTIONS CHAPTER 11 CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS 34-1104. Judges may administer oaths — Challenge of voters. Any judge may administer and certify any oath required to be administered during the progress of an election or challenge any elector.
