Idaho Code § 33-904 — County School Fund.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 9 SCHOOL FUNDS 33-904. County school fund. The county school fund is that fund in the treasury of each county in the state to which are credited the proceeds of moneys collected from fines, forfeitures or breaches of the penal laws of the state when other disposition is not provided by law; and such other proceeds and avails as may be required by law to be credited thereto.
