Idaho Code § 33-6806 — Free Speech Education For Members Of The Campus Community.

TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 68 PROTECTING CAMPUS FREE SPEECH IN HIGHER EDUCATION ACT 33-6806. free speech education for members of the campus community. Public institutions of higher education are required to make public in their handbooks, on their websites, and through their orientation programs for students the laws, policies, and expectations of students regarding free expression on campus consistent with this chapter.
