Idaho Code § 33-5408 — Annual Report.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 54 COLLEGE SAVINGS PROGRAM 33-5408. Annual report. The board shall submit an annual report to the speaker of the house of representatives and the president pro tempore of the senate by February 1 that summarizes the board’s findings and recommendations concerning the program established by this chapter.
