TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 52 PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS 33-5211. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND INFORMATION. (1) Upon request, the state department of education shall provide technical assistance to persons or authorizers preparing or reviewing charter applications or performance certificates and to existing public charter schools in the same manner as such assistance is provided to traditional public schools and school districts. (2)  The state department of education shall annually offer a public charter school workshop and make a recording available to the public. (3)  The state department of education shall collaborate with authorizers to enroll charter schools in need of improvement in support and development programs, including but not limited to the Idaho building capacity program.
