Idaho Code § 33-5102 — Definitions.

TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 51 POSTSECONDARY ENROLLMENT OPTIONS 33-5102. Definitions. As used in this chapter: (1) "Course" means a course of instruction or a program of instruction. (2) "Dual credit" means credit awarded to a student on his or her secondary and postsecondary transcript for the completion of a single course. (3) "Eligible institution" means a public or private postsecondary educational institution accredited by an organization recognized by the state board of education. (4) "Postsecondary credit" means credit awarded to a student on his or her postsecondary transcript for the completion of a course. (5) "Secondary credit" means credit awarded to a student on his or her secondary transcript for the completion of a course.
