Idaho Code § 33-4304 — Scholarship Program Reporting Requirements.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 43 SCHOLARSHIPS 33-4304. scholarship program reporting requirements. All eligible institutions participating in the scholarships and state aid programs shall report student level data on the effectiveness of the program. The data reported shall be established by the state board of education.
