Idaho Code § 33-3812 — Separability.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 38 STATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION BOND ACT 33-3812. Separability. If any provision of sections 33-3801 — 33-3813 , or the application thereof to any person, body or circumstances shall be held invalid, the remainder of the act and the application of such provision to persons, bodies, or circumstances other than those as to which it shall have been held invalid shall not be affected thereby.
