Idaho Code § 33-3712 — Office Of Bursar A Public Office — Duties And Bond Of Bursar.

TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 37 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS RELATING TO STATE INSTITUTIONS OF LEARNING 33-3712. Office of bursar a public office — Duties and bond of bursar. The office of bursar at state educational institutions is declared a public office and the state board of education in its capacity as boards of trustees for the several state educational institutions is empowered to fix the duties of bursars and in its discretion fix the amount of the bond to be given by such bursars as such officers. In the performance of his duties each bursar shall be supervised as the state board of education and board of regents may direct.
