Idaho Code § 33-3711 — Liability Of State For Dining Halls Limited.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 37 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS RELATING TO STATE INSTITUTIONS OF LEARNING 33-3711. Liability of state for dining halls limited. Nothing in sections 33-3704 — 33-3711 shall be construed to create or to impose upon the state any liability whatever beyond payment to such institutions of the sums herein appropriated.
