Idaho Code § 33-3708 — Dining Halls Not Operated For Profit.

TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 37 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS RELATING TO STATE INSTITUTIONS OF LEARNING 33-3708. Dining halls not operated for profit. Such dining halls shall never be operated for any commercial purpose, but shall be used for the benefit of such educational institutions, their faculties, students and officers as nearly as may be, in the sound discretion of the state board of education with the object of making available wholesome food at the most reasonable cost to the students, officers and faculties.
