TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 34 IDAHO BUREAU OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES FOR THE DEAF AND THE BLIND ACT OF 2009 33-3409. rules. The state board of education is authorized to, with the advice and recommendation of the board of directors, promulgate rules to implement the provisions of this chapter.
