Idaho Code § 33-306 — Boundaries Of School Districts.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 3 SCHOOL DISTRICTS 33-306. Boundaries of school districts. There shall be no part of the area of the state of Idaho not included in the area of some school district. A legal description of the boundaries of each school district, as now or hereafter established, shall be kept by the state board of education and by the board of county commissioners in each county in which any school district, or any part thereof, shall lie.
