Idaho Code § 33-2807 — Erection Of Buildings.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 28 UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO 33-2807. Erection of buildings. The board of regents are authorized to expend such portion of the income of the university fund as they may deem expedient for the erection of suitable buildings and the purchase of apparatus, a library, cabinets and additions thereto.
