Idaho Code § 33-2802 — Board Of Regents.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 28 UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO 33-2802. Board of regents. The general supervision, government and control of the University of Idaho is vested in the state board of education which also constitutes the board of regents of the university and is known as the state board of education and board of regents of the University of Idaho.
