Idaho Code § 33-2801 — University Established.
TITLE 33 EDUCATION CHAPTER 28 UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO 33-2801. University established. There is hereby established in this state, at the town of Moscow, in the county of Latah, an institution of learning, by the name and style of the University of Idaho.
